API 11B Sinker Bar Threads Both Ends

MPS API 11B Sinker Bar is a heavy-weight bar placed on or near a lightweight wireline tool. The bar provides weight so that the tool will lower properly into the well. They drive casing into the ground.

Sinker Bars offer several uses in cased hole wireline operations. They help increase the weight of wireline equipment such that they can overcome friction in deviated wells. Small perforated guns and production tools have low weights and are susceptible to being displaced out of holes in high flowing wells or high wellhead pressure.

The addition of a sinker bar can avoid such problems. MPS sinker bars are produced from high-quality materials guaranteed to last and withstand the rough treatment usually experienced by this type of equipment.

Manufactured according to API Spec 11B using prime API Monogrammed. Our Sinker Bars are manufactured, heat-treated, threaded, and tested at our facility according to our stringent quality assurance procedures and exceed the requirements for API Spec 11B certification for applicable grades. Our products are available in a wide range of sizes, weights, lengths, and grades with any combination of the connections.

You can choose to mark monogram or monogramable the product based on your requirements. Custom marking can also be provided on your request or end-customer request

Domestic Components Level (TKDN)

Our Bleeder Valve has passed Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) / Domestic Component Level with 15.76%. with that qualification, we assure you that our product will pass every tender or qualification needed about the domestic component level that was needed by the Indonesian Government.
