Lead Seal Packer

A Packer, often described as the “upper completion production packer” is a key of downhole equipment in many completions – a sealing device that isolates and contains produced fluid and pressures within the tubing string. It is a well barried element, usually part of well’s primary well barrier, protecting the casing and creating the A-annulus.

The packer is essential to the basic functioning on most wells, injectors and producer. Alternatives to using a production packer include a dynamic seal assembly, a cemented completion and packerless completion.

MPS Lead Seal Packer is a drive-on production packer type that can be applied in various application and production completions jobs. It holds fluid and pressures in places and serves as an isolation production packer. This product is run by applying weight with the setting string. Weight expands the pack offs against the casing wall. When runs in the well, the packer will hold securely against normal upward forces from tubing tension or pressure.

Our Seal Packers are manufactured, heat-treated, threaded, and tested at our facility according to our stringent quality assurance procedures and exceed the requirements for API Spec 5CT certification for applicable grades. Our products are available in a wide range of sizes, weights, lengths, and grades with any combination of the connections.

You can choose to mark monogram or monogramable the product based on your requirements. Custom marking can also be provided on your request or end-customer request

Our Lead Seal Packer has passed Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) / Domestic Component Level with 42.79%. with that qualification, we assure you that our product will pass every tender or qualification needed about the domestic component level that was needed by the Indonesian Government.
