API 11B SUCKER ROD SUB-COUPLING

On MPS our focused product related to API 11B and API 5CT, we produce not only sucker rod families ( Sucker Rod, Pony Rod, and Polished Rod), but MPS also produces coupling for sucker rod connection. Customers can choose to do they need a full ( end to end ) connection for rods (including coupling or just rods ). Couplings are manufactured, heat-treated, and tested at the same facility according to our quality assurance processes and exceed the requirements for API Spec 11B for applicable grades.

Coupling Type

Sucker Rod Sub-Couplings are used for connecting sucker rods, pony rods, polished rods, and sinker bars. The main types of sucker rod couplings are sucker rod couplings, polished rod couplings, and sub-couplings ( some people abbreviated them as crossover coupling, due to their having different sizes for both end threads )

API Spec 11B

Manufactured according to API Spec 11B using prime API Monogrammed. Our Sub-Couplings are manufactured, threaded, and tested at the same facility according to our stringent quality assurance procedures and exceed the requirements for API Spec 11B certification for applicable grades. Our products are available in a wide range of sizes, weights, lengths, and grades.

You can choose to mark monogram or monogramable the product based on your requirements. Custom marking can also be provided on your request or end-customer request

Domestic Components Level (TKDN)

Our Sucker Rod Sub-Coupling has passed Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) / Domestic Component Level with 30,42%. with that qualification, we assure you that our product will pass every tender or qualification needed about the domestic component level that was needed by the Indonesian Government.
