ESP Cable Protector

MPS / Trust Oil ESP Cable Protector has been proven in numerous oil and gas producing production sites all around Indonesia. The modular cross coupling cable protectors expand this offering while shortening lead time by using interchangeable inserts and optimizing the body length to accept variations in the control line, cable, and coupling size. The modular cable protector body is a high-runner commodity part held in stock and available for our customers.

The modular cable protectors are designed to perform as well as standard cross-coupling cable protectors and ensure all control lines and cables are protected for the full length of the production string in these completions. Quick and easy installation is also ensured by the hinged design with a pre-attached fastener and pre-installed changeable inserts.

Vibration and Backoff Prevention

To minimize the risk of the components loosening due to vibrations or impacts,oue ESP cable protectors are available with a feature that prevents bolts from backing off the downhole. The antibackoff technology prevents unintentional bolt rotation without hindering installation or removal operation.

The modular cable protector is supplied in an all-cast design and is available for 3.5 Inch (88.9 mm ) tubing sizes.

Domestic Component Level (TKDN)

Our ESP cable protector has been pass Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) / Domestic Component Level with 53,78%. With that qualification, we assure you that our product will pass every tender or qualification needed about the domestic component level that was needed by Indonesia Government.
