API 11B & API 5CT On Off Tools

On MPS our focused product related to API 11B and API 5CT, we produce not only sucker rod families ( Sucker Rod, Pony Rod, and Polished Rod), but MPS also produces various supporting tools used in Oil & Gas Production site. On-Off tool is a device used in Oil & Gas Production site, which main function is to disconnect and reconnect the tubing and rod pumping system from the packer.

Tubing string is the main pipe that carries oil or gas to the surface, while rod pumping system is the main parts in pumping system that continuously pumping oil to the surface. Packer is a device that seals the wellbore around tubing string to prevent fluids from flowing into the wellbore.

Connection Type

The On-Off Tool is available in various styles, sizes, thread sizes, connection type and materials, while is offered in both a right and left release direction. Depending on the size and the task that needs to be performed. On the other hand, we had 2 connections to be offered, one with API 5CT thread connections ( usually this is to to support quicklu replacing a tubing string ) or the other one that had a API 11B thread connection ( this is used to quickly removing the packer ).

API Spec 11B

Manufactured according to API Spec 11B using prime API Monogrammed. Our On-Off Tools are manufactured, threaded, and tested at the same facility according to our stringent quality assurance procedures and exceed the requirements for API Spec 11B certification for applicable grades. Our products are available in a wide range of sizes, weights, lengths, and grades.

You can choose to mark monogram or monogramable the product based on your requirements. Custom marking can also be provided on your request or end-customer request

API Spec 5CT

Manufactured according to API Spec 5CT using prime API Monogrammed. Our On-Off Tools are manufactured, threaded, and tested at the same facility according to our stringent quality assurance procedures and exceed the requirements for API Spec 5CT certification for applicable grades. Our products are available in a wide range of sizes, weights, lengths, and grades.

Domestic Components Level (TKDN)

Our On-Off Tools has passed Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) / Domestic Component Level with 41,40 %. with that qualification, we assure you that our product will pass every tender or qualification needed about the domestic component level that was needed by the Indonesian Government.
