MPS (Molden Patra Sejahtera) has an array of Polished Rod Clamp. The Polished Rod Clamp is the most critical component of the wellhead stack up as it bares the weight of the rod string and acts as a connecting device to the carrier bar. A Polished Rod Clamp is operable to suspend a polished rod in an oil well installation.

The polished rod clamp is a high-quality, high-strength, lightweight, and easy-to-use clamp. Available in single, double, and triple bolt sizes to suit various oil well applications.  The joint type polished rod clamp is integrally forged. This sliding type polishing rod clamp has more reliable performance and more convenient operation.

The Clamping surface of each clamp is bored and reamed to the exact size of the polished rod. Contact areas are spaced to give maximum clamping effect.

Our Polished Rod Clamps are manufactured, heat-treated, threaded, and tested at our facility according to our stringent quality assurance procedures and exceed the requirements for API Spec 11B certification for applicable grades. Our products are available in a wide range of sizes, weights, lengths, and grades with any combination of the connections.

Domestic Components Level (TKDN)

Our Polished Rod Clamp has passed Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) / Domestic Component Level with 47.00%. with that qualification, we assure you that our product will pass every tender or qualification needed about the domestic component level that was needed by the Indonesian Government.
