Hereinafter abbreviated as SKUP Migas is a letter given to companies and individuals who can produce goods and/or services domestically based on the results of research and assessment of real capabilities which include legal aspects in the form of business and financial status, technical aspects in the form of production capabilities and management systems, aspects of marketing network and after-sales service aspects.
Forms of Oil and Gas Supporting Business Activities
According to the Ministerial Regulation (Permen) of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) number 14 of 2018, Oil and Gas Supporting Business, hereinafter referred to as Oil and Gas Supporting Business, is an oil and gas business activity.
The various forms of Oil and Gas Supporting Business activities include:
- Oil and Gas Construction Services Business is a service business activity or handling of building or construction works or other physical forms in supporting oil and gas business activities.
- Oil and Gas Non-Construction Services Business is a work service business activity in supporting oil and gas business activities other than Oil and Gas Construction Services Business.
- Oil and Gas Supporting Industry Business is an industrial business activity that produces goods, materials, and/or equipment used as support for oil and gas business activities.
- Material Industry is an industrial business activity that produces objects in various forms and descriptions, including raw materials, semi-finished goods, and/or finished goods used as support in oil and gas business activities.
- Equipment Industry is an industrial business activity that produces objects in various forms, which are assembled into a single unit that has a function for a certain purpose that is used as a support in oil and gas business activities.
Form of Oil and Gas Supporting Business Company
Companies are State-Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enterprises, Cooperatives, and Private Business Entities with Indonesian legal entities which are engaged in Oil and Gas Supporting Business. The companies referred to here include:
- Domestic Capital Company
- Foreign Capital Company
- Individuals, which include individuals, limited liability companies (CV), and firms that have certain expertise to provide Oil and Gas Non-Construction Services Business services.
