How to Acquire ISO 9001 certification for your company
- Appoint a Lead for ISO 9001 Implementation
- Training Appointed Lead to improve His/Her knowledge related to ISO 9001 and also prepared the lead to be the internal auditor lead for the organization
- Build and implement a QMS by the principle of the latest ISO 9001 standard and also map your company’s unique business process into a comprehensive overview while integrating those processes into ISO 9001 requirements
- Perform an internal audit, and assign an internal lead auditor to analyze day-to-day operations, they should be looking to see those written procedures satisfy both industry regulations and company standards, every aspect of operations must be performed the way described in procedures.
- Making improvements based on finding on internal audits, corrections and corrective action is a must to improve processes in your organization, implement that correction and analyze does that correction improves the quality of the product and/or services to be used by the customer

- Pass the external audit, on the opening date, your registrar or certification body will inspect company operations and make sure they adhere to the standards detailed in your QMS.
- Review your full audit report, after the external audit was performed by the registrar, the certifying body will send out their complete report. The report will summarize the registrar’s findings throughout the audit
- Submit a plan for correction / corrective action for resolving non-conformities findings, audit finding is a natural process, and the external auditor processes sometimes gave you a different perspective related to your organization. Use those findings to bring out continual improvement within your organization
- Report your Correction and await your ISO Certification, after documenting and reporting your correction for external audit finding, the certification body maybe needs more clarification about your correction / corrective action and does your answer satisfy their needs. If there found your answer is already closed the external audit non-conformities findings, they will report back to the certification body with a recommendation that your company be awarded certification, your company found to comply with, along with an official stamp from the certifying body
