As one of the requirements so that the products we produce can be accepted in Indonesia, Molden Patra Sejahtera (MPS) always follows the laws and regulations that apply in Indonesia. One of the most important is TKDN / Domestic Component Level. This is one of the mandatory policies that must be obeyed by all parties if they want to continue their business operations in Indonesia.
With the provisions on TKDN / Domestic Component Level, the government wants to keep providing a balance for companies to produce in Indonesia. The company’s production can continue, but must still provide a proportionate portion of the results of domestic production. This is also so that the industry in Indonesia also develops, and reduces dependence on imported products from abroad.
Several regulations issued by the government to regulate the implementation of TKDN in Indonesia include Government Regulation (PP) number 29 of 2018 concerning Industrial Empowerment, Presidential Decree number 24 of 2018 concerning the National Team for Increasing the Use of Domestic Products, and several other derivative rules at the level of Ministerial regulations, according to the fields of each ministry and institution.
MPS as a company that runs its operations in Indonesia, complies and complies with this regulation. Such as direct materials/materials used, direct labor, and factory indirect costs. Meanwhile, for TKDN / Domestic Component Level services are calculated based on the workforce, tools or facilities employed, and general services.
